One of these options results in not only the elimination of a significant percentage of your existing indebtedness in some cases as much as eighty percent–but also the end of interest payments.
Since 2004 CDPC has represented 15,000 clients seeking to eliminate their debt using this debt relief option. In 2015 CDPC represented more Canadians seeking to eliminate their debt by taking advantage of federal law than any other firm! We are not only very familiar with this process but our firm makes every effort to assist our clients obtain the best possible result.
Negotiating favourable lump sum settlements with your creditors (Ontario residents only)
In many instances we are able to negotiate favourable settlements where our clients make a lump sum payment for less than the current outstanding balance as settlement in full.
Creditors want their money as soon as possible. It is very common for creditors to agree to accept a one-time lump sum payment for less than the full amount owing. This is often the case regardless of the lengths to which a creditor has gone to recover monies owing to them. We have negotiated favourable settlements on behalf of clients despite the fact that a creditor has sued a consumer, obtained a judgment against a consumer, or even garnisheed a consumer’s wages.
Regardless of whether your account is three months past due or your creditor is now garnishing your wages we might be able to negotiate a favourable lump sum settlement on your behalf.
Any Ontario resident who enters into a debt settlement services agreement with our firm does not pay a penny in fees until such time that a settlement is actually paid out.
